How do I get vst's such as autotune into Cool Edit Pro 2.0??? Please Help

please help me out ive been trying forever and i cant get it :/
 
Cool Edit Pro 2.0 doesn't natively support VST plugins, only DX ones.

Some people used to install "VST Wrappers" such as the Spin Audio VSTDX but I never had consistent luck using them.
