How do i do this effect?

Ok have any of you heard Imogen Heap's Hide and Seek? Its SOOO good. But my question is how can I achieve the same effect in Adobe Audition? If you havent heard the song heres a clip Download the Clip

Sounds like a Vocoder to me, originaly they were keyboards with a mic hooked up to them and you sang as you played.
Here's something that might intrest you I've not used it so don't know how well it works:

Sounds like a slight vocoder. Diamond Waves Plug-Ins have a vocoder. I'm not sure if Audtion does or not.
