how can I validate the second mic I'm buying is still working properly ?

That's the square jobbie right?
I wouldn't mind having one of those for git. They're supposed to sound great and the shape sure makes it easier ........... don't have to carry around a little stand.

I'd like to have one of those ..... they're supposed to sound great on git and that shape sure makes it a lot easier. No need to carry a little stand around.
