For a simple pop like that, you can use an audio editor that has a pencil tool and literally draw the click out. What software do you have currently?

I use Sonar4 studio, can this be done with Sonar..? maybe i should ask in the Sonar forum..

if you can't draw it out with Sonar, you could select the section and delete it....and nudge the adjacent audio back against the other audio. Then cross fade the tiny separation. Depending on how much you delete, there may be no noticable jump in the audio.

Use a compressor/limiter on that section of track.

that's not going to fix it. it looks like a digital pop more than a musical transient

That information is clearly stated IN THE MANUAL.
