Yeah, I tried that, still nothing. I have these "Blue" plugins (Blue compressor etc) and they don't show up in CEP but they do in N-track and Sonar. PLEASE HELPPP! I want them to show up with the other effects so I can easily select them.
I can attest that those plugins work in CEP... I've got 'em. I like the filters a lot.
Before you reinstall CEP, try reinstalling the plugins. By that, I mean, get the original BLUE PLUGINS zip file, or whatever executable file you installed them from, and run through the setup of those again, letting them install to whatever default folder they want to. Then, run the "Refresh Effects" from CEP again. Reinstalling CEP is a pain in the ass if you have a bunch of presets that you've made.
I had to do this recently with a different plugin.
Oh, when you reinstall the plugins, if it gives you an option to enable "DXi", select "no." Some plugins aren't read by CEP if the DXi option is enabled. And no, I'm not talking about "DX," I know they're DX plugins, this is something seperate.
ONE MORE QUESTION . Where can I get the Blue plugins? A friend of mine put them on my computer and I'm not sure where he got them. If they're downloadable, can you please provide me a link to them? I looked on www.directxfiles.com and couldn't seem to find em'.
I really like the Blue-line plugins, the compressor is good (in my opinion, which isn't much...) and the reverb is great (also my opinion, I've heard other people saying it sucks).
