Hooking Up My Mixer with an ALT 3-4 Bus

This question should be pretty easy to answer. I want to hook up my mixer (Mackie 1642 VLZ-3) with my computer and monitors using an ALT 3-4 Bus type configuration (ALT 3-4 BUS goes to soundcard/computer, CTRL-RM OUTS go to monitors, soundcard/computer out to AUX returns).

I'm having trouble getting all my cables in the right place. For someone with this mixer, how would you recommend I hook it up?
