Home Studio 9 Question

I have Home Studio 9 and the Sync toolbar is grayed out. Is there something I need to do in order to access this toolbar?

I am using a BR-8, sending MTC. Trying to transfer tracks over to Home Studio that were previously recorded and I can not get them to sync.

Hmmm... you are trying to slave BR-8 to HS9? I don't think it will work the other way around.

I am trying to slave HS9 to BR-8. In the toolbars, there is one calles "Sync", but it is greyed out, so I can not access that.

Any suggestions on something I could use to transfer the individual tracks rom the BR-8 onto the PC, in order to add, edit or modify them? The BR-8 only has a MIDI out, so I cannot slave that to anything.

Even HS2004 XL can't slave to MTC. It has to be the clock master. Thats the difference between HS and PA/Sonar.
