HOme Studio 2004 + OmniStudio

I just got Home Studio 2004 and I am using a Omni Studio to plug my guitar into the computer. The problem is that Homestudio does not recognize the Omnistudio as an input/output source. I know the OMni is fine because i was able to use it to record on GUitar Tracks and N-track. Any suggestions?? thanks

What do you mean with 'doesn't recognize?' Did you run the patch yet?

I was gonna run the patch, but the website said i don't need it with my newer, 'fixed' version...i think i will try the patch anyway

Which Delta66 drivers are you using?

I updated the drivers not too long ago and I went to do it again, and it said that I currently have the best drivers loaded, so i don't know if that is it

If it's the .29 drivers, go back to 27 or switch to 36. The 29 drivers are baaaaaad.

I had troubles with no sound also, when I was using the 29 drivers.

M-Audio took them down...

Ok, but how exactly do I check which ones i am using. I am at device manager and at the driver m-audio driver screen, but where does it tell me what ones i am running? thanks

Don't you have a M-audio Delta H/W icon in your configuration settings? If you have it, click and switch to tab 'About'

What OS are you running?

oh ok, i see, I have version .0047, which i just downloaded and installed yesterday and it still doesn't work. I don't know what the problem is.

Omnistudio as in M-Audio Omnistudio/Delta 66? (PCI card)

Version .0047?!!! Is it very recent? I haven't checked the site yet, but the last version was 36.

It would be a lot easier for me if you would tell me what OS you're running, which Omnistudio exactly....you know, specs?
