home studio 2002 limitations

I heard in home studio 2002 you can only record one track at a time. Does this mean when I use left and right audio outputs on a drum machine, that I cannot record both left and right at the same time to two different tracks?

HS2002 does not support multi-input cards. That usually means multiple stereo pairs. You can still get away with recording 2 mono tracks on a simple 1 input stereo card (like any Sound Blaster).

You would have to arm 2 audio tracks for recording and have one record your left channel while the other records the right channel.
