I'm new to computer recording. With home studio 2 can I make professional
sounding recordings. Is burning CD's easy?

A difficult question to answer. You can make professional-sounding recordings if you have professional-sounding equipment. The software won't make much of a difference as to the quality of the recordings.

I don't see why burning CDs would be difficult. As far as I can tell, all you'd have to do is export the project's audio as a wave file, then use any CD burning software to burn a CD using the wave files as the tracks.

Yes of course. But as usual: It's not the program, it's the guy controlling it... ;)

well I have a nice condenser mic. and a decent mixer.
Its just me and My guitar. I think Im gonna go the outboard recording way cause you can hear the reverb ect... while you record.

I would say "big mistake" to that. Editing on a computer is just so much easier.

And if you get a quality soundcard you can hear the reverb while recording. Look into "Input Monitoring".
