i am looking to get set up for home recording, i have a macbook pro 4g ram. i am basically looking to create drum loops/samples, midi keyboard, record guitar bass and vocals, what is the best way around achieveing this, what kind of interface should i get and what is the most user friendly software? budget is a bit of a problem but do realise if i get good equipment it will stand to me, if someone could help wit advice that would be great

how much are you looking to spend? theres a huge range of software/hardware out there.

Im sure we can get you the best value for money.

And with a name like that you should go far .....as long as you stay away from the drugs:laughings::laughings:

My first audio interface was a Line 6 Toneport UX1, i dont know what everyone else thinks of them but there excelent for guitar and bass. The higher models come with phantom power, and they all come with alberton live lite.

However, its compleatly up to you! whats other peoples suggestions for a biginners interface?
