Hello,
I recently got a copy of Home Recording Magazine....I know that this page is not affiliated with that publication, but I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice?
While I do use the net for a lot of research, I really like paper magazines. I've been looking for a good recording mag for a while now and the two I've come up with are Home Recording and Mix. Mix seems a little fatter but is more technical (big studio) and Home Recording is thinner but more for guys like me. The problem with Home Recording is that it consists mainly of product reviews...and I'm looking for something that is more geared at using what you've already got
Any suggestions or opinions on either of these magazines?
My primary means of recording are PC HD based using n-Track Studio 2.0 and various other applications. I also have a Fostex 4-track but am using it as a mic preamp (4 tracks wasn't enough
Thanks
