An acoustic with a piezo output, sure. An electric, you're going to need some kind of amp modeler or amp modeling software, or a mic and an amp.
 
This interface doesn't seem to have 1/4" inout jacks for guitar. XLR mike jacks only.

I guessing that this interface is intended for DJ and hiphop because of the line in/outs for turntable, midi for sampling, and XLR for rap vocals or DJ voice overs.

If you are looking to record electric guitar direct with effect models maybe some vocals and no more than one two things at the same time, take look at these:

One of the 1/4in line inputs is switchable to Hi-Z so you should be able to plug straight in. The tone will depend on what plug-ins you have.
