Hey Twist, thanks for the Quincy Jones ribs recipe - I did them up yesterday. It's an interesting change from the standard BBQ taste, which I'll repeat on occasion. They never specified how much of that seasoned salt to spread on them, and this seems to be a mjor taste constituent, so I'll have to vary it.
Next will it'll be sjoko2's more traditional BBQ-style recipe, maybe next weekend.
