hidden audio in sonar 5p

For some reason,presently when I try to transfer tracks to computer,into sonar 5p I am getting a dropout and/or audio disc may be full message. I do not see how this is possible as I use per project folders. I have dumped all project to another hard drive(external) and totally cleaned out main computer so that (I believe) it is empty of audio. After tranfering about 6 songs , up comes the same message again. Is there a hidden place sonar stores audio such as deleted tracks/edits no longer used etc? I have run both CWAF tool and run the "clean audio folder tool from the drop down tool menue. The later comes up with nothing. The CWAF does show audio but when I try to delete them they come right back.

OK I'm going to anser my own question. I think what is happening is in my template I have setup for tansfering song it shoul be set to overwrite instead of sound on sound. I'm thinking the soundon sound settinsaves the audio( god knows where) and the overwrite funtion eliminates each previous recording. All is good since I've set it to overwrite. CPU load cut in half and my template size in small 200kb about.
