Hi/Low Pass software filters?

Does anyone know of software for the PC which has "real" hi and low pass filters? One where I could choose for example a 4th order Linkwitz Riley, a 1st order Butterworth, or some other specific filter alignment?

Nobody's wave editor or plugin has this feature?
