Well...
I decided to use my time between jobs "wisely", er... at least more wisely than sitting in a bar all day and night like some seem to do, LMAO... it was blissful to throw myself into music for months straight, like it was an enjoyable job...
*sigh*
anyhoo, I knew eventually I had to get another job. Got one, lost it, got another... and finally landed a job thats more my speed, and I finally feel "comfortable" there, as in, I dont fear "the axe" every day I am there...
It took away from studying music, and perhaps a break was just what I needed anyways, (went shooting trap and stuff instead...). After 5 weeks or thereabouts, I naturally got "the itch". Now, way back when, the whole ORIGINAL point of studying classical exercises was because I figured I HAD to, to learn how to write guitar stuff. Ended up liking classical, but... "the guitar" is always in the back of my mind... so, periodically, I will come back to a guitar song, and see if I have learned anything that applies to it.
so, I give you, for your reviews...

PS - while I realize the guitar sound isnt "there" by any means, I am focusing on WRITING guitar stuff here, and am particularly interested in if the lead/solo is "credible" or not...
(lead always escaped me in the past... but, you keep plugging away, eh?)
Now, where is Gecko to give me just a STRING (pun intended, LMAO) of stuff wrong with this? Eh?
