My problem is i cant record internally or externally through my new midiman 24/96 sound card.....i can get everythin to play back though but not record!!!

Now i got windows xp and i think thats where lies the problem i dont think its the actuall programs i'm tryin use cos i cant even get it to work through soud recorder.....has ayone else had this problem and how do i fix it?
 
Can you detect a signal going into and through your soundcard or are you just not able to record that signal?
 
DONT WORRY

Because of windows xp's interface i couldn't find the m audio control panel and that was the problem when i found it is was all alrite thanks thou
