Hi guys, I posted this a while ago and now it's got vocals.

Called Hey You

I'm wondering if there's been a loss of clarity with adding the vox after everything else, maybe things are a bit too congested now...?

I had a lot of trouble following the rhythm even (actually, probably "especially") when the vocals weren't going.
Other than the shouted "Hey"s, I wasn't much impressed by the vocals. They just ended up being a little a-melodic.
There's a lot of interesting stuff going on in this mix, but it's a bit hard to follow for my taste.

Can dig the Beck thru a distortion pedal comment,,,this has the signature bulls rhythm thing goin' on that I really dig...that tinkly piano thing is a cool contradiction to the chaos....nice...I like!

I like it. One thing your music forces the listener to do is listen to the song as a whole. If you sit there and try to pick it apart you will get a headache. There's just too much going on. So, I just listen, and everything sounds fine to me. It's not my style of music, but I can tell it's genuine and done well.

Beautifully done and original, it creates a mood and ambience of its own. If I close my eyes when I listen to it, a thousand pictures run thru my mind. Totally intense and cool. Don't touch it!

Love the drums, the piano and the "hey"s.

While there might be a hint of the congestion you mentioned, it is well worth it and I would not recommend removing anything. Nice how everything drops out but the electric guitars around 2:35. A contrasting, although brief, respite from the chaos. Love it.

This would be cool as a backing track to a flick where the young protagonist runs off to find his purpose... in the wrong part of town and clearly out of his comfort zone. Whatevers....
