Hey I just wanted to get some feedback on this track we are working on at the moment possibly get some more ideas! Vocal doesn't seem to fit quite right with the feel of the song... Maybe I'm wrong..... Listener Fatigue! If ya know what I mean.

I liked the guitar sound. maybe just a bit sizzly, but not bad. Maybe a notch cut around 2500hz - 2700hz might mellow it out.

I think the mix could use a slightly stronger low end.

Vocals are missing the high end that the other tracks have. They sound a little muffled. Some pitch problems here and there. The vocal level is also just a bit low in the mix. Doubled vocals would sound cool on this. Some harmony vocals in the chorus.

Drums, particularly the snare, are way back in the mix. There's a kick hit or two that really booms out.

Well; biggest ding is the vocal lacks any real emotion to drive the song especially since they are too upfront and need pitch correction. Also drums need to come up.

Nice big wide stereo sound, I like the vocal focus at first, but as you say they kind of stay in the same place... mind you I think the same can be said of the big wide backing.
