Both very warm jokes intended to break the ice. He could of laughed it off or ignored it. But instead, he's quick to neg rep and tells me not once, but twice, "how did that help me?"

That in my book is a fucking dick.

Well, my view is, if someone can't have a sense of humor, even occasionally, then maybe it's time to pick a different carreer.

Anywho, it's water under the bridge. I hope you find your answer purg. My bad you can't take a light hearted joke.
 
naw that's okay. If I have to spell it out, then it no longer becomes amusing. It's open to interpretation if you really want to take it seriously. Perhapse you can hire a panel of experts to go on a fact finding mission, You can call it... the TM commission. Then, it might be assessed whether the intent was malice, or light humour, by assessing a complex computer algorythm written by the brightest minds at MIT. The long term psychological effects of my statement should be covered by none other than the worlds leading psycho analysts. The environmental impact of the engergy wasted, in electricity used to power my computer in the time it took to write it, allong with the wasted energy of the spent electricity it took you to read it and respond. We must have reports on the cultural ramifications of sarcasm on internet forums. We need pie charts, statistics extracted from a sampling of the effected population. We need answers buddy... for the children. We can make this happen. I expect to see a 250 page report on my desk by Monday morning a o eight hundred.

yeah that is a bit of dick to do that. Get a sense of humour, or you certainly are in the wrong field. It's a creative field, not open heart surgery. Have a beer, or 10 and enjoy yourself.. you'll also live longer.

I couldn't help but laugh at this comment. I'll tell you why:

It wasn't Purg that started this thread. It was Neffi7.......so don't you mean you hope Neffi7 finds their answer? It's like everyone is too preoccupied with arguing with each other to give straight answers. Since when did this thread become a "have a sense of humor" thread...?

To irreterate: Neffi, my words are intended for purgatory. I'd crack another joke, but I'd have to run it through purg first. ;)

Is it for jesters? Technically, I think you need false hair of many colours and face paint to be considered a clown. Do you think a jester has any requirements?

what's a dey input? Is that an audio term?
