I'm building this power supply...

I've got everything right except for one thing the voltage on the last rail is supposed to be +15 -15VDC. I'm getting +15 -31 to -34VDC. When I try adjusting the trim pot down to 15VDC I end up frying R4.

I've replaced the voltage regulator once. The diodes D3, D4, D7, D8 once, the trimpot twice and the resistor R4 about 4 or 5 times.
I've double and triple checked to make sure the diodes are in the right way.
Anyone with any info? I'm about to lose all my hair over this thing.
