Help with this mixer

Hello! I'm sure this problem has a simple fix (I hope).

So I'm running 4 lines through this little mixer

When I listen through headphones using one of these - the sound only comes out of one ear.

I have the same problem with my PA head when I try to listen through headphones.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but is the problem that I'm using a mono adapter and I need a stereo adapter? Would this work? (I need to use 2 pairs of headphones)

Any help would be much appreciated!

Joe, I pulled up the specs on the Behr:

MICROMIX MX400 4-Channel Line Mixer Specifications:
Outputs
Type: 1/4" TS connector
Impedance: approx. 80Ohms
Max. output level: +16dBu
Power Supply
(external power supply, 12V / 150mA)

The adapter that you posted "When I listen through headphones using one of these" is a TRS (tip, ring, sleeve) stereo adapter. However, the mixer only has TS (tip, sleeve) Mono output. So you will only get it in one ear.

The mixer is designed to mix line level signals, the output is line level. All the signals are mono and unbalanced line level. There is no headphone out.

Alan.

Do the headphones still work when you plug into a stereo source? You can burn out one of the drivers by plugging into a mono jack.

I was going to suggest that perhaps the OP had gone deaf in one ear and hadn't noticed, but I can see there's a simpler solution.

Damn you Occam's Razor!
