I dont know if im posting to the right place but here goes.
My Studio setup.
Yamaha MG10/2 mixer
Tascam US-428 mixer
Triton LE 61 key
Akai MPC 1000
E-MU Mo' phatt sound module
Octava MK-319 Condenser mic
Custom built water-cooled aathlon xp 3200+ 1gig ram running Cubase SX
I have the triton, MPC, Mo`phatt, and Microphane rinnuning into the input inputs on the yamaha mixer, the stereo outs of the yahma are going into the Tascam, the Tascam goes out the my montiors.
The Problem im having is probably stupid but when i try to record vocals into cubase and open a track i want to be able to record the mics sound by itself to a track while still being able to play the other racks so that i can hear them through the headphones and monitors while recording im sure it has something to do with the way im wiring this stuff up can anyone help out a newb?
