What are the specs of your computer?

How long is the typical song you are trying to export?

When you say you are 'using' DFH2 does that mean you are using a 'Fruity Wrapper' on a VSTi plugin?

More info, please.

i have a:

pentium 4 2.5 gb processor
1 gig of ram
geforce 5600
sound blaster live

and whats a fruity wrapper, i used the plug-ins installer in the FL Studio folder to add the DFH2 VSTi

A Fruity Wrapper is what FL call their other VSTi installer - the one you didn't use.

The Sound Blaster is the weak link in that chain. Try exporting to .wav, then converting to MP3 with something like THIS.

You have to download the LAME encoder to give Audacity the capability to convert to MP3, but it's easy and the instructions and download site are spelled out with the main package.

the same problem happens when i export to wave though, lets say i try to export the a 30 sec drum track only, the last 5-10 minutes would suddenly loose a snare or something like that

I finally googled the 'Hardcore Bass' VSTi you are trying to pair up with DFH2 -you can't run two memory-intensive plugins like those and expect good results from FL and a Sound Blaster card.

FL is fussy with one VSTi let alone two. It's a miracle you got it to work at all. Spend as much as you spent on DFH2 and Hardcore bass on a budget VSTi host like Tracktion --- you can find it here --- and a better sound card like this or this.

Considering that you've got $300 plus tied up between the two software packages you surely won't mind going the distance and spending another $300 to start making music...

ok, im gonna try traktion :D thanks for the reply

btw, i fixed the problem by increasing the buffer for the dfh2 but its eats up memory like a pig though

I know. It's trying to run HUGE samples thru your Sound Blaster and is running out of elbow room, breath and patience. You need a new sound card too.
