Help With Emu 0404

im planning to get an Emu 0404 (all that i can afford) upgraded from my Audigy 4 SB card...i was wondering how would i do the spdif thing ? how would i get sound from the Emu 0404 with out using the 1/4 analog ins ? i have speakers that have a basic 1/8 connector so what would i need ?
