help with dp-02cf

hi all,im new at this so please forgive my ignorance.Im a singer and i just want to record vocals over backing tracks,i have stored the tracks onto the machine but i dont know how to record vocals onto it etc any help would be greatly appreciated

Don't take this the wrong way, but do you have the manual for it? If not, you can download one from Tascam's website as well. It's pretty straightforward, for the basics anyway. Give it a look through, give it a try, and let us know if you have any more problems. It's much easier to give advice once you are a little more familiar with the procedure of selecting a track for the input, arming a track, setting the level, and recording. We can pick up where you are having the problem instead of trying to start from scratch.
