All mics sound the same.
I have an M-Audio Delta 44 that I have been very happy with for a number of years. But I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to make it produce stereo sound. I don't have studio monitors, so I need it to go to a 1/8 in. TRS jack. I have tried Y-cables and adapters with no success. The Delta control panel shows audio out on both channels (outputs 1 and 2), and individually i can hear that both channels are producing sound. But together, all I can get is left-only mono.
If anyone has experience with the Delta 44 and can offer some advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

no one? should i put this in the newbies section?

I use this Y-cable (2 mono tips to one stereo tip)
going into this crappy beringher headphone amp (which accepts stereo input)

which feeds pairs of headphones and monitors and it works perfectly
(i use average computer speakers (with no woofer) for monitors which usually results in good sounding mixes on all systems, avoiding crappy studio monitors that try to sound a certain way and leave mixes sounding bad on other systems ----> meaning my monitors are fed by a normal stereo cable from the headphone amp and i dont know what you would do for monitors that each require their own active cables)
