Help with CW9 Wav Files

Help Help Help,
Anyone know how to find the associated Wav file for a sound blip used in Cakewalk 9? There's got to be a way to do that, right?
(ie - I wanna take the original Wav file recorded in CW and alter it in another program). I can Record numbers and Take numbers but not the actual file name.
Thanks so much!

I don't know if there's an obvious straightforward way to do that more easily than just exporting the track you want. I don't recall if there's a clear obvious way to tell what the Cakewalk track file is in the filesystem; you could do a trick where you make a minor change to it, save it, then look in the Audio Data directory for the newest file, but exporting a track is far easier.
