I'm not an expert, but it seems everything is pushed to the edge of distortion. The sound is definately 'edgey'. Listen to the cymbals - they sound really brittle. The bass and kick drum are almost all snap, no body. The snare too... it's got pop, but there's nothing behind it. The whole mix needs more 'fullness', a more natural, less synthetic sound.
On the plus side, the vocal sound is very good - clear, present not too close. The instrumental performance is also good.

I listened and it is distorted. I looked at it in Soundforge and I don't see square waves so my guess is the individual tracks (bass?) was distorted when recorded and not overloading the two buss at mix down. It's hrad to listen to. Sorry.
