Okay, I bought a used dbx 166 compressor and I am having a little trouble understanding how to use it. I have played around with it and it is usefull for controlling my bass inputs, but a MANUAL would be GREAT!! Does anybody know where to find one?? There is not one on the dbxpro page.
Also, I want to plug the 166 into the 'insert' on my 4-track, but the insert is a single plug. What gives?? Can the insert send AND receive signals or do you send from the insert and receive it someplace else??
