HELP!! track pane - rediculous question!

This may sound rediculous but for some reason I cannot find the solution anywhere in the manual!

I'm in the track pane, goofing around and after selecting an audio track's number I right click and select to "show only selected tracks"...now all i see is that track. Then i decide to "hide" the track just to make things worse. Now there are zero tracks displayed in my track pane and I can't get them back! what the heck do I do???

i have never felt so inept as this very moment.

Type "M" on the keyboard to call up the Track Manager. You should be OK from there.
