Help required please re- evoultion mk-261

hi i am new round here i have a question about an old controller keyboard I have that i want to be able to use with modern day gear. I have had this keyboard a good few years but have not used it for a while and had a new pc since and there is no joystick port so I am unable to connect it up

basically the keyboard just has midi out which goes straight to the game port of a sound card (which pc's never have these days)its a single lead NOT a midi in and out lead.

I basically know that somehow I need some kind of usb adaptor so that I can make use of it once again - I really dont have the money to get a new controller keyboard .so just really wondering where I get the right midi to usb converter from ?
I have seen a few things on the net but they always have a midi "in and out" for some reason this evoultion keyboard just has one midi out so not sure how that would work with a converter that has both in and out ports? will it not wan't both?

any help is much appreciated - I wonder if perhaps getting a usb game port would solve the problem also?
really want to get this up and running again (at as little cost as possible ) i

that ideally looks great but I am not sure if the midi messages get messed up seeing as it is more designed for people who play games on a pc with an old skool joystick lol, in theory that should work does anyone have any experience with this? I dont see why it wouldnt ? but hmmm not sure.
