Hi all - this is my first post and looking for help.
I've been getting sound out of my vmk 188 using sonar 6 (BTW I'm a complete novice). Using this set up for live performance. Using an edirol external soundcard (it looks like a box)
My wife last night just unlupgged the set up up without closing down the laptop.
Logging back in and switching on I now have no sound - it looks like the keyboard is not talking to the soundcard with MIDI.
However if I click on listen to sample (say a piano) I can hear sound from the sample playing - but not when I press the keys on the keyboard.
I know it could be a multitude of things but bringing the problem to assembled brain here.
