help putting samples onto triggered toms

I am planning on triggering 3 toms on a drum kit but im not sure exactly how to put the samples onto the triggered toms after can anyone help shed some light on this?

im planning on buying roland tom triggers and a roland TMC-6 to run them into
im using pro tools le and a digi 002.

Yeah. Drumagog is not only a LOT cheaper, but opens up a whole new world of things you can "fix in the mix".
