Help please

i have cool edit, an i just bought an Akai mpd16, an i cant get it to work with cool edit, can anyone help me?

I have drums (wav.) from fruityloops an i dont know how to put them in the software (mpd16 utility) to make them work with cool edit...Help please?

im not familiar with the akai mpd16 but from what i just read about it...it seems that it has midi outs...well....sorry...from what I understand, Cool Edit dont do midi...
