Hey everybody, my cousin just got a boss Br-532 and were having some trouble with it. We record rap, and were trying to get the vocals sounding nice, but were stuck. The br-532 has effects on it but, but you can't add them after something is recorded, but i'm thinking if he got a little behringer mixer, could he hook it up to the br-532 and add effects to the stuff we recorded, and then save it on the br 532. Please let me know if this is possible, and how to go about hooking everything up.

Not to be rude or anything...but did you try reading the manual? I've used that recorder before and the manual explains exactly how to do everything, and explains it very well.

Track Pusha, are you mixing things on a computer at all? I have the Br-532, and that's what I do, and add effects there. There are some effects on the recorder itself, but they only work so-so. You can do effects as you record with the input effects on the mic input, and you can add the loop effects after recording, but I found the effects in a few software programs work better.

you very well can add effects thru a behringer mixer processor, i have a behringer mixer, but you'd have to be insane to use presets when you can adjust them in the portable studio, i had one, but i never recorded on it i always used it as a mix board to record to my computer. so i dont know if it will or wont record effects to its mini disc. tried to dig up my manual but i cant find it. but im sure its in there.
