Okay, I'm going crazy. All I want to do is record. Here's my situation: I have the new iMac DV and the Roland UA-30. What software will work with this hardward configuration? I found out (the hard way) that Pro Tools Free does NOT work. I bought Metro 5 SE and I can't seem to get that to work. The guy at Roland ED told me Metro 5 would DEFINITELY work.
Does anyone out there have some helpful advice? I just want to buy some software and start recording. Does anyone have the same hardware I do? Please help. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
