i have heard if u use hard drive for software and a hard drive to write to u can have nice benefits. i have two drives now one is empty the other i run sonar4 producer ed.

So what's your question? The extra hard drive space will give you more space. You could also run your plugins on a seperate hd to save energy while tracking or mixing or whatever.
