I want to first ask if the following set-up makes sense:
A Motif Classic keyboard
Fostex MR8-Red One
Tascam us-122mkii Audio/MIDI interface
with Cubase LE4
Based on my research I understand that the multi-trackers
are for one kind of enthusiast and the computer based
sequencers are for another. I plan to get the Tascam
interface when I add a laptop later. I want to use the
MR8 as a learning tool and if I get good enough I could
buy a multi-tracker with a CD burner later.
