Hi i'm a newbie home studio make-out.
Setup: TD-9 E-Drumkit
EMU 0404 soundcard
P4 Single core 2.86GH 4G RAM
Software:Cubase,Waves,BFD2
I have been recording the drumkit using patches from the TD-9 console but want to be able to edit each part of the kit. I've got BFD2 running and have recorded a few parts of a song using my E-kit as triggers and BFD2 as my VSTi. All i want to do now is split the recorded midi track according to specific drums, change it from midi to digital audio and edit as i would have if i had recorded proper drums. Another question, would it be better to edit the drums in BFD2 or use the Waves package i would think BFD2 but not completely sure.
Regards Carkus.
