Help mixing Hip hop track with different MCs/microphones

The first vocal cuts through the mix easily and could be backed off by small amount, the remaining individual vocals have different characteristics and qualities to the voices and sit differently in the mix by virtue of that fact. There is a noticeable perception of level difference in part due to that, so initially it might be useful to back off all the music and play the vocal tracks only to check for obvious variance in actual levels and then apply some EQ to the slightly weaker sounding vocals in the areas where they have less punch to cut through the mix or maybe just lower the first vocal EQ at around 2.5k and see how it all sits then, as the other vocals are just about strong enough as are. I appreciate that individual vocal types and styles need to stand on their own merits through the track but the fact you are looking at them indicates that you have a grasp already on what needs working on, it'll be trial and error to get it spot on, the magic formula is still eluding most of us. It can be useful to play a constant sound which is rich in the mids to see how each vocal part cuts through it as a more controlled measure. Find a note on a keyboard which is at a similar pitch to the vocals and test each one to see how they come through it.

Thanks, I really like the constant sound rich in mids reference idea. Never thought of that before. I've spent some time now muting the music to hear just the vocals, which is how I've even gotten remotely close with the vocal levels. I'll try on your advice.
