my system always crashes when i load my midi editor in magix music maker, i have a USB 2.0 connection, and i have all the updated drivers and my soundcard is SOUNDBLASTER live, any ideas?? my comp spec 1.00gb of RAM and 3.2ghz of 80gig hard drive space, please help

Studiomaster is right. If you're serious about MIDI/DAW work, dump the Soundblaster.

You can't have both (decent card for audio and 5.1) unless you plan on spending ALOT more money.
