alright right now im using a presonus audioBox USB 2X2 interface, fl studios (because im a cheap asshole) and a audio technica at 2020 for recording rap, which ive noticed you all love to talk about on here. can anyone suggest some gear that could make my vocals and everything sound better? my budgets like $700

Prioritise getting a nice mic that suits your voice. I would argue that the Rode K2 is a strong contender, but that would be your budget gone.

The gear you already have is fine, and capable of capturing your performances perfectly. The next step IMO is to deal with room reflections. The Portable Vocal Booth below shows the general idea, though treating your room is even better. That way you'll be able to mix better too.
