Help me setup my studio

ok guys im not somewhat an expert when it comes to the tech side of music and recording. im looking to setup up a basic recording studio to recored my solo projects and my band but also to rent out. i have a spare room already availiable for it. i have £3500 to start this off and was wondering whats the essential equipment i need to start of a really nice studio.
