help in choosing preamp mixer

first i want to ask if the preamp is mixer
look i need to connect the mic to my pc
ppl say i need preamp i can`t find one egypt
but i found that 4 channel mixer here is the link

is it good or bad i just need one channel for the mic
and if there is any better preamp or mixer plz post it`s link if it have shipping for egypt

plz answer is the preamp like mixer ?
i mean it will inc the vocal sound without increasing the noise ???
btw my mic is superlux d103 is it good ??!!
btw my mic can connect to it

This is not the mixer you want!!!! there is no XLR (microphone cable) in put on this mixer.
