Help !!!!! I Can't Take It

hi,

i use sonar producer 4 and i can't get it to record from my keyboard. i'm using an m-audio usb midi cable. i've gone thru and set up everything as far as the program but still have nothing recording. please help!! :mad:
 
Go to the MAudio web site and download the latest drivers - as a rule this is always a good place to start.

Then follow the instructions to the letter that came with your MAudio keyboard. In the midi input menu of Sonar you should find a listing for your keyboard after you do this - be sure it's the selected input and you should be all set.
 
Have You Enabled The AUDIO Record Function On Your Sound Card
 
well that didn't work

i already had the drivers that came with the cables and i set up everything in the software and still no go.

do you think it might be my soundcard???
i never changed it..... i still have the factory card that came with the pc.
