Help! Gotta buy quick!

Hey there,
i work at mars music- the music and recording superstore
well turns out we are going out of business... so that means i have two days to decide on a good bass amp and cab.
I am trying to decide between some of the classic serries ampeg heads or swr or possibly some david eden, <--which i have been reading good things about.
i am thinking or matching them up with a 4x10 cab.

i liked the sounds coming from the swr- but they may be a little to costly. The svt300 ampegs sounded nice as well, havent played Eden but i have been told they are nice.

anyways, any help you guys could offer to me in my 11th hour would be appreciated. Thanks!

Dude!! If you work there how can we help you? I've never tried all those amps and anyone who chimes in will just push their favorite amp (the one they happen to have).

Ohh I have an ampeg bass am 4X10, and I have had it for years the sound is crystal clear. I have the 1000w head that pushes the cab. The only problem that I have ever experienced is one of the wheels fell off. I now have a 3 wheel amp

yeah mars is officially gone. tomorrow will he the last day that employees of mars will actually be there...working.

the company was auctioned off yesterday, and bought by a liquidation company.

So, the rest of the stuff that the stores have will be liquidated after tomorrow.
