Help get song from Fruityloops to Sonar???

I don't get it, please help, :(

I setup a few paterns in fruityloops, saved them and now need to get them to Sonar as a wave file.I can go back into Fruityloops and play them but I don't know how to convert them or record them as a wave. I have no HWSynth when using Sonar, I don't know if that is needed info or not...Help
 
Fruity can export your loops. Isn't it under "File" or something (or am I completely wrong)?

If you have FL version over 3.5 I even think you can use FL as a plug-in if you have a VSTi-wrapper.
 
I tried to export it but couldn't find it. When I open it it's there and opens.

I have I have Fruityloops 3 full Final

I will try it again, and I am new to this and only wrap sandwiches...:(

Is there a free update at Fruityloops?...I'm gonna check that too.
 
I know Fruity has an export-option somewhere, try looking in Help. (I know cause a buddy of mine exported some drums he had made to me, they were waves)...

Yup export it is I didn't realize you are seeing where you want to save it to. I was excited you know.

Any chance you could tell me what to choose under the quality tab: dither or small pieces.

This should also be covered by Help...

What is "small pieces"? ;)
