Hi all,
I'm looking for a simple portable digital multitrack recorder.4 tracks simultaneously is enough, I just want to record some simple rehearsel stuff, or a quick overdub on location. I want to import it on my Digi 002 at home and mix it there. I don't have a laptop and I don't intend buying one. I just want a simple standalone thingy.
It is just for some simple demo stuff and ideas. All the small recorders seem to have all of these features I don't need: amp simulation, drum computer, whatever. I just want something with a few mic preamps and a few tracks.
I am looking at some old Roland VS880 's on ebay, who seem to come pretty cheap second handed. Any other ideas? I'm not into the portable market, so help will be appreciated.
